Cartoon Researcher Gets Hitched!

Congratulations to famed animation historian Jerry Beck for finding the right gal and marrying her Sunday. Beck, author of the new art book, Outlaw Animation: Cutting-Edge Cartoons from the Spike and Mike Festivals and Animation Magazine contributor, married the lovely Marea Boylan in Santa Monica at a private gathering of friends and family. The couple, both avid cinephiles, met at a Cinecon fest and have been enjoying old movies, classic cartoons and romance ever since.
