To celebrate Mickey Mouse’s 75th birthday, Stage Nine Entertainment Store, Northern California’s only Disney Preferred Gallery, will present a special exhibit on Saturday, Dec. 6, from 12:00 noon to 4:00 p.m. A sizeable collection of Disney memorabilia will be on display and Mickey and Minnie voice talents Wayne Allwine and Russi Taylor will be available to autograph limited edition cels and exclusive Disney artwork.
Wayne Allwine has been providing the voice of Disney’s top animated star since 1977, when he officially took over for his mentor, Jimmy Macdonald. Macdonald inherited the role of Mickey Mouse from Walt Disney himself. Allwine’s wife, Russi Taylor, has been the official voice of Minnie Mouse since 1986. Her other Disney voices include Donald’s mischievous nephews, Huey, Dewey and Louie.
