Cartoon Network on Monday announced it will pick up a second season of the Lucasfilm Animation series Star Wars: The Clone Wars.
The series, which debuted on the network in October, will wrap up its first season March 20 and return for the second in the fall of 2009.
The CG-animated series has been the top-rated program among boys 2-11, boys 6-11, and tween boys 9-14 on ad-supported cable and broadcast networks for its timeslot.
