Nickelodeon UK announced it was the No. 1 kids network in the country for 2008, posting its highest share since launching in 1993.
The channel reports its overall share increased 9 percent. The Nick and Nick Replay share was up 10 percent, while Nick Jr. channels rose 11 percent. NickToons and NickToonsters’ share was up 5 percent.
The channel picked up 12 nominations at the Kids’ BAFTAs and had more than 1.2 million watch its Nickelodeon UK Kids Choice Awards in September.
