Moonscoop will consolidate subsidiaries Taffy Entertainment and Mike Young Productions into the parent company’s overall brand.
Both Taffy and Mike Young will now be known as Moonscoop, a move company executives say will capitalize on internal synergies and strengthen the identity of the overall brand.
As part of this move, CEO Nicolas Atlan will move in September from Moonscoop’s Paris headquarters to the United States. He will take on the title of Executive Chairman for Moonscoop’s U.S. business and will work along side Los Angeles-based co-CEOs Mike Young and Bill Schultz and President Liz Young.
