Fans always knew Def Leppard through ‘Love Bites,’ but soon the world may know that they also think cartoons rock.
The British metal rock band is developing its own animated series as part of a broad marketing and branding deal the group signed with music publisher Primary Wave.
The series is still in the early stages and has not been pitched to any networks, but will feature the band members in various fictional adventure stories, according to a report on MSNBC.com.
Primary Wave also is developing ‘unusual’ video game and cell phone apps for the band.
