The work of animation legend Bill Plympton will be on display at the Chuck Jones Gallery in San Diego, with the man himself set to appear for a reception July 23, right in the middle of Comic-Con.
The reception is set for 7 to 10 p.m. and the exhibition is the first for Plympton in a San Diego gallery.
The exhibition will feature original drawings from Plympton’s films Idiots and Angels, Guard Dog, Horn Dog and Guide Dog. Art will be available for sale.
