Trailer: Netflix Animation Welcomes Viewers to the Whimsical World of Dr. Seuss!

This fall, Netflix is bringing kids & families into a world of Seussical stories with two new shows and a special featuring characters from Dr. Seuss books. Dr. Seuss’s Red Fish, Blue Fish (September 8) follows the fun friends who find adventure everywhere. The fan favorite elephant, Horton, and his best friend Samson are there to lend a helping hand in Dr. Seuss’s Horton! (October 6). Plus, join two Sneetches with lessons to teach in Dr. Seuss’s The Sneetches (November 3), a 45-minute special.

Dr. Seuss’s (Theodore Geisel) One Fish Two Fish Red Fish Blue Fish has sold 20 million copies and is a perennial Dr. Seuss bestseller. The Sneetches and Other Stories has sold over 3 million copies, and books about Horton have sold a combined nearly 8 million copies.

Netflix is also helping families get ready for the new school year with the Hello School! Playlist. This playful mix of episodes with kids’ favorite friends is packed full of exciting adventures, early learning and first-day fun to help little ones feel excited (and ready) to start school for the first time — including an episode from the upcoming series, Dr. Seuss’s Red Fish, Blue Fish.

Dr. Seuss’s The Sneetches

Once upon a time, there were Star-Belly Sneetches and Moon-Belly Sneetches who lived together on the beach, until one day they decided they were too different to live together. But then Stella, a Star-Belly Sneetch, met Pearl, a Moon-Belly Sneetch, and they realized Sneetches are Sneetches, and no one kind of Sneetch is the best on the beaches.
