Vancouver-based studio Bardel Entertainment Inc. (The Dragon Prince, Diary of a Wimpy Kid Christmas: Cabin Fever, Rick and Morty, Sausage Party: Foodtopia) announces the appointment of Naomi Stopa as its new Vice President of Production.
Stopa brings over 25 years of experience in the visual effects and animation industry, having held senior leadership roles at some of the world’s most acclaimed studios, including Framestore, Digital Domain, ILM, Method Studios and Rainmaker. Most recently, she served as Head of Studio for Framestore Vancouver, where she was instrumental in guiding the studio’s creative and production teams to deliver award winning work.
In her new role, Stopa will oversee Bardel’s animation production and will also spearhead the company’s new VFX division, an exciting expansion that positions Bardel for continued growth across both animation and visual effects.

Stopa’s credits span major blockbuster and critically acclaimed films, including Morbius, Guardians of the Galaxy, Aladdin and Okja. Bardel asserts her leadership and experience will be instrumental in growing the studio’s visual effects division into a world-class creative force.
