In a new sneak peek clip, Netflix introduces audiences to Sam Fisher, the ruthlessly efficient former special ops agent who gets drawn into the next action-filled chapter in Tom Clancy’s Splinter Cell: Deathwatch. Based on the popular video games from Ubisoft, the new adult animated series premieres October 14 on Netflix.
Logline: In this first-ever adaptation of the acclaimed stealth video game franchise Tom Clancy’s Splinter Cell, legendary agent Sam Fisher is drawn back into the field when a wounded young operative seeks out his help.
Tom Clancy’s Splinter Cell: Death Watch stars the voices of Liev Schreiber as Sam Fisher and Kirby Howell-Baptiste as Zinnia McKenna.
The 8 x 30′ series is produced by Ubisoft, in partnership with Derek Kolstad (John Wick) and animation studios Sun Creature and Fost. The series director is Guillaume Dousse (Love, Death + Robots) with Félicien Colmet-Daage (Summit of the Gods) as co-director. Exec producers are Kolstad, and Helene Juguet, Hugo Revon and Gerard Guillemot for Ubisoft Film & Television.
