Youth audiovisual content sales company Madgic Distribution — rebranded from APC Kids earlier this summer — is heading to MIPJunior with a new animated series Emerald, produced by U.K. independent Kelebek Media for Sky Kids, along with Season 2 of TeamTo’s Jade Armor, produced for France Télévisions and Super RTL following the success of Season 1. The company heads into the Fall market season celebrating a raft of sales across its animation slate, including for Lana Longbeard, which is produced by Madgic’s Zephyr Animation and Copernicus Studios.

Emerald is an 18 x 11′ series plus a 22’ special is adapted from the hit book series by Harriet Muncaster. Aimed at children aged 4-7, the show was commissioned by Sky Kids in the U.K.
Viewers meet Emerald as her life changes from being a regular mermaid living with her dad and his girlfriend above their restaurant to inheriting a princess step-sister and becoming a princess herself when her mum marries the Sea King! Navigating this new world, living between two homes and being part of a blended family is all new to Emerald, but luckily Theodore the Sea Unicorn and Shelly the Sea Turtle are there to help her with the transition and provide plenty of laughs along the way.
Emerald is companion series to Kelebek Media’s 2D animated series Isadora Moon (48 x 11’ + 2 x 22’), which is also based on the global publishing phenomenon created and written by Muncaster. With over 6 million copies of Isadora Moon books sold worldwide in 36 different languages, the character has a huge following among children globally. Madgic Distribution holds worldwide distribution rights for the series, excluding the U.K. and Italy.

Isadora Moon is produced for Warner Bros. Discovery (U.S.) and Sky Kids (U.K.) with the participation of Kidsme (Italy). ABC (Australia), SVT (Sweden), NRK (Norway), YLE (Finland) Knowledge Kids, TFO and TVO (Canada), RTBF (Belgium), Noga Communications (Israel), Clan TVE (Spain), PCWW (Honk-Kong), LRT, Canal+ Polska, Ceska Televize, HITN (Latin America) and V-ME have already picked up the series.
The series centers on Isadora: half fairy, half vampire and 100% unique! She has incredible fairy and vampire skills that she’s learning to hone — leading to all sorts of astonishing adventures in the human world as well as with her magical family and friends.

Madgic Distribution is also launching Season 2 of hit action-comedy series Jade Armor at MIPJunior. The new 26 x 22’ season is set for delivery on October 2025, and follows a hugely successful Season 1 for commissioning broadcasters France Télévisions and Super RTL and with the support of the CNC, Region Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes, Département de la Drôme et Valence Romans Agglo and in coproduction with Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes Cinema.
The legendary Jade Armor is a mythical superhero, and now it is Lan Jun’s turn to be Jade Armor. Even she can’t quite believe her destiny is to be this epic hero! With the help of her friends, Theo and Alisha and the mystical Beasticons that accompany the Armor, Lan Jun is thrust into a series of action-packed adventures. Every day, she must contend with both an evil array of super villains and the very real trials of teenage life.
Jade Armor’s creative team is led by Chloé Miller, co-creator and supervising director, supported by head writers MJ Offen and Ghislaine Pujol, and co-directors Denis Do and Guilhem Charron. Produced by Marco Balsamo and based on a concept by M Pongo Kuo, Jade Armor is entirely produced in TeamTO’s state-of-the-art animation studios in France.
