VIZ Media Rocks NYCC with ‘Rooster Fighter,’ ‘Black Torch,’ ‘Naruto’ & ‘One-Punch Man’ Reveals

VIZ Media took New York Comic Con 2025 by storm, treating fans to blockbuster panel lineups, special guest appearances and world-premiere reveals celebrating its buzziest anime and manga titles.

Here’s a few highlights:

 

Rooster Fighter — English Dub World Premiere

Fans packed the house for the world premiere of the outrageous, action-packed Rooster Fighter English dub, following fearless rooster Keiji on his demon-slaying quest for vengeance. The premiere featured the debut of the official English-language trailer, first-look reveals of the English voice cast, and the announcement of the opening theme song, “What’s a Hero?” by DARUMA Rollin’.

The English-language dub cast will be led by Patrick Seitz (JoJo’s Bizarre Adventure, One Piece) as Keiji, Luci Christian (One Piece, My Hero Academia) as Elizabeth,  Kimoy Lee (Witch Watch) as Piyoko, Robbie Daymond (Jujutsu Kaisen, Sailor Moon) as Keisuke and Roger Rose (Fire Emblem Fates) as Morio.

Black Torch – English Dub Voice Cast Reveal 

During Sunday’s VIZ Media Industry Panel, the studio also announced the cast for the highly anticipated anime adaptation of Tsuyoshi Takaki’s iconic shonen series Black Torch.

The English-language voice over roster is headed by AJ Beckles (Dan Da Dan, Tokyo Revengers) as Jiro Azuma, Keith Silverstein (Hunter x Hunter, JoJo’s Bizarre Adventure) as Rago, Erin Yvette (Good Night World, Genshin Impact) as Ichika Kishimojin and Kyle McCarley (Mob Psycho 100, JoJo’s Bizarre Adventure) as Reiji Kirihara.

 

Naruto Shippuden

Naruto Shippuden: The Complete Series

The Industry Panel also revealed that all 500 episodes across 18 seasons of Naruto Shippuden will be available in a single digital bundle starting November 7. Usually $1,080, the series will launch at $99.99 for four days, then $149.99 for seven days, before disappearing. Available on Apple, Prime Video and Fandango at Home.

 

One-Punch Man S3

One-Punch Man Season 3 — Episode 1 Exclusive Screening

VIZ Media’s grand finale of NYCC 2025 was marked by the highly anticipated return of the global smash-hit series One-Punch Man Season 3. Fans gathered for the official premiere of Episode 1 — streaming on Hulu (U.S.), Disney+ (Canada), Netflix (Latin America, Australia, New Zealand) and Crunchyroll (Latin America and Oceania) — to watch Saitama return in signature form, delivering knockout punches and razor-sharp humor that reminded audiences why the series remains a worldwide phenomenon.

VIZ Media’s acquisition of the new season encompasses theatrical, television, digital, home entertainment, ancillary and merchandise rights across North America, Latin America and Oceania.

 

Nana x Vivienne Westwood 25th

NANA x Vivienne Westwood 25th Anniversary Edition

Leading the studio’s major manga announcements is a limited-edition omnibus (Volumes 1 & 2), featuring new cover art by creator Ai Yazawa, reimagining Nana Komatsu and Nana Osaki in iconic Vivienne Westwood looks. The set is available October 21 in the U.S. (Books-a-Million), October 30 at Vivienne Westwood boutiques and November 20 in the U.K. (Waterstones).

 

Kingdom – English Edition Launch

Yasuhisa Hara’s critically acclaimed historical epic, with over 110 million copies sold worldwide, will be published in English for the first time on November 11.
