It’s something old, something new and some stuff on Blu-ray this week, as new animation and VFX-related releases include the recent feature film Delgo (Fox, $22.98), Tigger Movie: 2-Disc 10th Anniversary Edition (Disney, $29.99) and Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: 25th Anniversary Collection (Warner Bros., $39.92 DVD, $84.99 Blu-ray).
Delgo is an animated feature starring the voices of Freddie Prinze Jr., Jennifer Love Hewitt, Val Kilmer and Anne Bancroft in a story about two rival civilizations that have one chance to save the world. The DVD features audio commentaries, featurettes, the award-winning animated short Chroma Chameleon and 14 minutes of deleted scenes.
The return of the Tigger Movie in a new addition adds bonus features including episodes of the TV series, music videos, games and a DVD storybook.
The Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: 25th Anniversary Collection includes all four Turtles feature films: Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: The Movie (1990), Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles 2: Secret of the Ooze (1991), Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles 3: Turtles in Time (1993) and the animated TMNT (2007).
