Five European short films have been selected to compete for the coveted Cartoon d’OR award at this year’s Cartoon Forum, taking place Sept. 17-20 in Varese, Italy. The 13th annual award ceremony will take place on Saturday, Sept. 20 during the closing evening.
The films were chosen by a jury from a field of 25 projects that won prizes at Cartoon’s partner festivals (Annecy, Bristol, Brussels, Espinho, Fredrikstad, Genzano di Roma and Utrecht).
