Takeshi Nozue, co-director of the popular video game Final Fantasy VII: Advent Children, will discuss the making of the title at this year’s CG Overdrive. exhibition and conference in Singapore. He’ll also be discussing other achievements of the Square Enix cinematic movie team known as Visual Works during the event, which will take June 19-22.

Nouze is a highly regarded cinematographer and director with more than a decade of experience under his belt. The Japan native is now busy directing Kingdom of Hearts II at Square Enix.

Perhaps the most popular installment in the Final Fantasy series, Advent Children helped console-style role-playing games achieve mainstream success outside of Japan. A series of sequels and prequels were released under the collective title Compilation of Final Fantasy VII.
