CINAR Education Inc., a wholly-owned subsidiary of CINAR Corp., has sold substantially all assets of Twin Sisters Prods. for $1.5 million to an entity controlled by Twin Sisters founders Kim Mitzo Thompson and Karen Mitzo Hilderbrand. CINAR Corp. and CINAR Education simultaneously settled all outstanding litigation claims filed against them by Thompson and Hilderbrand.
CINAR Corp. develops, produced and distributes non-violent programming and educational products for children and families.
Twin Sisters Prods. is a producer and distributor of music-based educational products.
