Bejuba! Ent.’s animated series Ricky Sprocket’Showbiz Boy has been sold to 29 new international territories through a deal with Nickelodeon. Co-produced by Studio B Prods., a subsidiary of DHX Media Ltd., and Snowden Fine Animation in association with Bejuba! Ent., the show airs on Nicktoon in the U.S., TELETOON in Canada, and Nickelodeon in the U.K., Australia, Latin America, Germany, Italy, France, Spain and Scandinavia. It was also recently licensed to France 5.
The new deal will see Ricky introduced to Nickelodeon channels in Russia, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Estonia, Georgia, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Latvia, Lithuania, Moldova, Romania, Serbia, Montenegro, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, Ukraine, Uzbekistan, Hungary, Malta, Nigeria, Turkey, Portugal, Poland, Romania, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Israel and The African Continent.

Ricky Sprocket’Showbiz Boy chronicles the adventures of superstar child actor who tries to balance family, friends and school with the pressures of his crazy showbiz life. Though he lives in a Hollywood mansion and has all the latest toys, he’s a fairly regular kid who has to put up with embarrassing parents, an annoying sister, a flatulent dog and too much homework.
