The newly re-christened Syfy Channel has renewed a deal with Manga Entertainment for a third season of the Ani-Monday anime block.
The two-hour block, which airs Mondays starting at 11 p.m., will be joined by a new horror anime block airing on Syfy sister channel Chiller from 9-11 p.m., also on Mondays.
Both blocks will feature a collection of movies, shorts, and series from Manga Entertainment, which is the anime distribution arm of Starz Media.
Ani-Monday’s lineup includes the Gundam 00 series, Gurenn Lagann, RaveMaster and Street Fighter motion comics. Chiller will include titles such as Blood: The Last Vampire, Ninja Scroll and Descendants of Darkness.
