4Kids Entertainment has appointed new licensing agents for a number of its properties in Asia.
Among the deals announced by Roz Nowicki, executive VP of licensing and marketing for 4Kids:
‘ CLICK! Licensing Asia will represent the American Kennel Club in China, Taiwan, Singapore, Malaysia and the Philippines, as well as Jim Henson Designs in Hong Kong, Indonesia, Singapore, Malaysia and the Philippines.
‘ Empire International Merchandising Corp. will represent The Artlist Collection’s popular The Dog/The Cat/The Pig photographic properties in the Philippines.
‘ Impact Licensing & Marketing will represent Jim Henson Designs in Taiwan.
‘These agencies will be our eyes and ears on the ground in these important Asian countries,’ said Nowicki. ‘We anticipate that they will enable us to sign additional licensees throughout the region for these three popular brands.’
