Material Submission Requirements
Final Page Trim Size: 8 3/8″ x 10 7/8″
Page Bleed Size: 8 7/8″ x 11 3/8″
(1/4” Margin and Bleed – any image or color on the edge of the paper should pass the trim line by 1/4” (.25”/18 pt); any text that is not part of the background should be 1/4” away from the trim; crop marks need to be included, offset from trim by 3/8” (.375” / 27pt), do not include registration marks or color bars when possible)
For Cover: Top 3″ are used for logo and Animation Magazine ID’s Character may overlap logo, but must not obscure readability.
Digital Materials: Animation Magazine accepts only press-ready PDFs with crops and bleed.
Email: E-mail files to: prod@animationmagazine.net. If your files are very large (exceeding 10MB) please send them on portable media. Ask for our FTP info.
Company Profile: Four images maximum plus company logo. Three-hundred fifty words with complete directions for all links. Allow 1/2″ border around entire page.
