Cookie Jar Ent. has appointed Melissa Wolfe director of development. Working out of the Los Angeles office, she will report to Ann Austen, senior VP of development and U.S. television/video sales.
Wolfe most recently worked for Frederator Studios, an independent animation production company affiliated with Nickelodeon. There, she was responsible for selecting, developing and coordinating animated shorts for Nickelodeon Network’s shorts program. Wolfe also served as programming director for the animation podcast Channel Frederator, and associate produced the 2005 and 2006 Nicktoons Network Animation Festival.
Cookie Jar Ent. is the global, independent producer, marketing and brand manager of such renowned children’s properties as Gerald McBoing Boing, Johnny Test, Arthur, Caillou and The Doodlebops.
