ASIFA-Hollywood will celebrate the 10th anniversary of the release of the classic animated feature film The Iron Giant with a screening and reunion panel Oct. 23.
Scheduled to attend the panel are director Brad Bird, background artist Anne Guenther, art director Alan Bodner, lead animator Steve Markowski, and Scott Johnston, the artistic coordinator for the film. Animator Tom Sito will moderate the panel.
The event will be held at the Fletcher Jones Foundation Auditorium, Woodbury University, 7500 Glenoaks Blvd., Burbank, CA 91510, starting at 7:30 p.m.
Reservations are required for the event. Tickets are available now online at www.asifa-hollywood.org/irongiant and cost $5 for ASIFA-Hollywood members, $5 for students of Woodbury University and $10 for general admission.
