TV-Loonland has hired Damien Tromel to be head of creative affairs and development. Working out of the company’s Paris office, Tromel will be responsible for sourcing new projects, finding new talent and supervising all editorial matters regarding the development and production of projects produced and co-produced by the TV-Loonland.

During previous stints at production companies Marathon, Alphanim, Ellipsanime and Klasky Csupo, Tromel worked on such hit shows as Totally Spies, Robot Boy, Martin Mystery and Pirate Family. At TV-Loonland, he will report to managing director Olivier Dumont and will work in close collaboration with head of production Beth Parker in further ramping up development and production slates while maximizing the potential of a raft of properties acquired over the past 18 months.
